One is shocked to notice the high fees. 

The aims and objectives of the Alliance Française is supposed to make French thought through culture, language or art and to promote understanding and friendship between the people of India and the people of France and French speaking countries by conducting French language courses........... 

The objective should not be to make money! The fee, if any should be nominal if the idea is really to propagate French language and culture.
